How do I share my profile?
Open the app and tap on your QR code. Show it to the person you want to connect with and have them scan it using their camera or the NectAll app. They'll instantly see all the social links you've chosen to share.
How do I scan someone else's QR code?
Tap the scan button in the app to open the camera. Point it at the other person's NectAll QR code. Their profile and social links will appear instantly.
Can people find me without scanning my QR code?
Yes — if you enable global visibility in your settings, other users can search for your username and view your profile. If this is turned off, you'll only be discoverable through QR code scanning.
What are Event Rooms?
Event Rooms are shared spaces that organizers can create for their events. When attendees join a room, they can see and connect with everyone else in the room — making it easy to network with the entire group.
How do I add or remove social links?
Go to your profile in the app and tap on your social links. You can add, edit, or remove any platform at any time. Only the links you've added will be visible when someone scans your code.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account through the app settings, or by emailing us at nectall.app@gmail.com. We'll process your request and remove all your data within 30 days.
Is NectAll free?
NectAll is free to use for connecting and sharing your socials. We offer premium features for event organizers who need advanced room management and analytics.
