By accessing or using the NectAll mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NectAll is a networking platform that allows users to share and exchange social media profiles through QR codes. The Service includes features such as profile creation, QR code generation and scanning, event rooms, connection management, and follow-up reminders.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Share content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications to other users.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide through the Service, including your profile information and social media links. By using the Service, you grant NectAll a limited license to display and share your profile information with other users as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., when your QR code is scanned or your username is searched).

6. Event Rooms

• Event organizers are responsible for the rooms they create and the content within them.
• By joining an event room, you agree to share your profile information with other room participants.
• NectAll reserves the right to remove rooms that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The NectAll name, logo, and all related branding, design, and software are the property of NectAll. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at nectall.app@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NectAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, connections, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
