• Event & Room Data: Information related to event rooms you create, join, or participate in.
• Communications: Messages or feedback you send to us directly.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, time and duration of activity.
• Camera Access: We access your device camera solely for QR code scanning. We do not store images or video from your camera.
• Photo Library Access: We access your photo library only when you choose to upload a profile picture. We do not access photos beyond what you explicitly select.

• To create and manage your account.
• To facilitate connections between users through QR code scanning and username search.
• To enable event room creation, management, and participation.
• To display your shared social media profiles to users you connect with.
• To send follow-up reminders and notifications you have opted into.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted using encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access & Update: You can access and update your profile information at any time through the app settings.
• Visibility Controls: You can control whether your profile is discoverable via username search by toggling global visibility in your settings.
• Delete Your Account: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at nectall.app@gmail.com or through the account deletion option in the app settings. We will process your request within 30 days.
• Notifications: You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party social media platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

8. Children's Privacy

NectAll is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
