Payments & Refunds
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Plain summary
When you buy a paid ticket on NectAll, payment is processed by Paystack and the organizer's share goes directly to the event host's bank account. NectAll keeps only its platform fee and does not hold, store, or wallet organizer ticket money. Refunds, if any, are handled by the organizer — not by NectAll.
1. Who receives the money?
- Event organizer: receives the ticket price minus NectAll's platform fee (and subject to payment-processor rules), settled to the bank account they connected in Payouts.
- NectAll: receives only the disclosed platform fee for providing the software.
- NectAll is not an escrow agent and does not keep a balance of your ticket sales for later withdrawal.
2. Platform fee
Organizers are shown the current platform fee percentage when they create paid tickets and on their payout settings. The fee is deducted automatically at the point of sale. The rate in effect at purchase time applies to that transaction.
3. Refunds
- Ticket sales through NectAll are final from NectAll's perspective. We do not operate a built-in refund button that pulls money back from an organizer's bank.
- If you need a refund or the event changes, contact the event organizer. They are responsible for their own refund policy and for paying any refund they agree to.
- Because funds settle directly to the organizer, NectAll cannot guarantee or process a refund on the organizer's behalf.
4. For organizers
- You must connect a payout account before selling paid tickets.
- You are solely responsible for your event, attendee communications, cancellations, and any refunds or disputes with buyers.
- NectAll may deactivate events that violate our Terms of Service. That does not transfer refund liability to NectAll.
5. Payment partner
Card and bank payments are handled by Paystack. Settlement timing and bank verification follow their processes and yours. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Contact
Platform questions: nectall.app@gmail.com. For ticket refunds or event issues, contact the organizer listed on the event.
